Troubleshoot a Login Issue

The first class arrives, and Benny reports he is having trouble logging into the system. Mrs. Fuller thinks she knows the issue, but logs into the Pearson Support Site to check for an article on common login issues. It turns out that Benny’s password needs to be reset, so Mrs. Fuller contacts her school technology administrator, Mr. Olivera, to get Benny’s password reset. Mr. Olivera quickly responds, and Benny is once again able to log in.
